At Enlightened we have started using paper tape to replace pvc tape where appropriate. It is great for indoor use (not really used in the great British summer outdoor season yet)… Indoor it is better than pvc as it tears open cable really nicely.
We purchased some 18mm tape and 50mm parcel tape, from Kilby Packaging – see below.
Upside / Down side, it has large cores so it does not fit in a pocket as easily as 19mm pvc, but you can wear it as a bangle.
